GEBERTH: “If you were smart you would try and make this right with me. Otherwise I am going to make life very fucking difficult and stressful for you that I can promise. I want the Jacuzzi spa considering I paid for it anyway. Or you can spend the next few years of this lingering around and spend even more money on an attorney that you don’t have… So you can try and make right with some sort of compensation considering all the shit I have been paying for your entire family… The post where you bought your mom a car. No you didn’t. I’m pretty sure I bought your mom a car. You certainly didn’t have the money for it. So where did the money come from.

HERENDEEN: Okay. One other item that it looks like I missed, do you have a Jacuzzi sauna spa?
ANTONIO: No, I do not.
HERENDEEN: Did you have one that you gave away, gifted away, traded away prior to filing for bankruptcy?
ANTONIO: It was in my (line cut out) by my parents on my mother’s credit card; so, therefore, it was not mine. And this was sold by my parents so that they can pay for attorneys’ fees. So it’s not in my possession. It never
was in my possession, but I used it.
HERENDEEN: And your Mom sold it?
ANTONIO: Yes, she did.
HERENDEEN: And whose attorneys’ fees did it pay for?
ANTONIO: It paid for Attorney Michael Loberg for an injunction hearing in February against Daniel Geberth.
